Research Information:

Research carried out by the American society for Training and Development concluded that the liklihood of achieving a goal were effected by the following actions:

# Hear an idea there is a 10% probability you will complete your goal.

# Consciously decide to adopt an idea there is a 25% chance you will complete your goal.

# decide when you will do it, then the probability rises to 40%.

# Plan how to do it then there is a probibility of 50% you will complete your goal.

# Commit to someone else, chances rise to 65%.

# Have a specific accountability
"appointment" with someone, there is a 95% likelihood you will attain your goal.

How will coaching work for me?


Life Coaching focus areas include, work life balance, career and work, finances, fun and recreation, family and friends, health, relationships and communication.  Although coaching sessions may be topics identified by each client, coaching generally takes its own course.  Working on one area may then start to address other areas thus creating a holistic approach.

All sessions are 100% confidential, trust in your coach and the sessions are paramount to the success of the sessions.

What to expect:


To be successful in your coaching sessions, coaching asks certain things of the client.

Take Action:  howvever uncomfortable, to achieve change and reach your goals there will be times that action can be uncomofrtable and oush you out of your 'comfort zone'.

Be Committed:  Only YOU can reach your goal, coaching just gives you the tools to realise your true potential, your commitment is paramount to reaching those goals.

Focus:  on your self, the truth, the tough questons and your goals.

Realise Your True Potential: Don't give in to negative self talk, realise your true potential and follow your dreams, apsirations and goals.

Be Honest:  be honest with yourself and your coach to follow your path to your greatness.
