With over 25 years experience working with small business and corporations I understand how a small business works and the challenges you are faced with on a daily basis. During my time at the coal face I have experience in budgeting from buying, wages to sales, gross profit margins and sales targets. Managing a remote and head office sales team has given me a wealth of experience in the management of people. Along with change management of staffing from ownership change to business redevelopment and relocation I have been able to successfully manage a variety of people and situations.
Knowledge of sales and marketing during my time with the corporate sector a functionality of my role was determining the right market focus for small and medium business and selling those options.
Along with many courses on personal development, management, problem solving and decision making, professional selling skills and management training & tools for profit fun and growth, I bring that depth of experience to benefit my clients to achieve lasting and powerful results.

Business Coaching can be conducted over the phone so you don't have to take time away from your business, as soon as you finish the session you can get started on your SMART goals.
